Sound Healing Contraindications
Before booking your sound healing session, please look over the list below to see if any apply to you. If so, please contact Paris to discuss possible alterations to your session. You may also wish to speak to your doctor if any of the the below contraindications apply to you.
Your wellbeing is my first priority.
Some possible Contraindications for Sound Healing:
⃝ Deep vein thrombosis.
⃝ An open wound or fractured bone.
⃝ Acute inflammation or illness.
⃝ Pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias
⃝ Metallic implant.
⃝ Post surgery
(where sutures have NOT been removed and the scar is not fully
healed and closed)
⃝ Carotid atherosclerosis or stenosis.
⃝ Active cancer
⃝ Stent or shunt
⃝ Concussion or head injury in the last 6 months.
⃝ Deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
⃝ Epilepsy
⃝ Pregnant
⃝ Implants or Screws
⃝ Whiplash (within the last 3 days)
⃝ Artificial joints
⃝ Inflamed joints and veins
⃝ Inflammatory skin disorders or weeping eczema
⃝ PTSD
⃝ Diseased or varicose veins
⃝ Obesity
⃝ Dental implants, chipped or broken teeth.
