Community

Welcome,

Community can be defined in many ways, but when simplified down to its most important element, community is all about connection. It is not just an entity or a group of people, it’s a feeling. It is feeling connected to others, feeling accepted for who you are and feeling supported.

Being part of a community can have a positive effect on mental health and emotional wellbeing. Community involvement provides a sense of belonging and social connectedness and can also offer extra meaning and purpose to everyday life.

We are social beings and crave connection, and a sense of belonging is critical for us to thrive. It can also help prevent and reduce feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, and more. Studies have also shown that strong social connection leads to a 50% increased chance of longevity, strengthens your immune system and helps you recover from disease faster.

Connect with a tribe that hold similar interests, values and beliefs

My intention is to provide you with opportunities to feel part of a community or tribe. To connect with those that hold similar interests, values and beliefs to you. And through this connection, for you to benefit in the following ways;

Belonging

Having a true sense of belonging, where you feel accepted as your true self. There is nothing you have to change to be a part of the community, but instead, you are embraced and appreciated for your unique qualities. And through this you can gain validation and self-worth.

Support

Having people you turn to when you need to talk or need help with something. Knowing there are people who support you, understand you, can help you feel cared for and safe, and others can benefit from your outlook on life.

Purpose

In community, people fill different roles. Perhaps you’re the friend who recommends the best books or podcasts. Or you’re the friend who always knows the right things to say to lift someone’s spirits. These roles can give you a sense of purpose through bettering other people’s lives. Having purpose, being valued and helping others, helps give meaning to life.

Security

Knowing there are people who support you and will be there for you when you need it provides a sense of safety. A sense of security can help you feel more confident when encountering new experiences and interacting with new people. A community gives you the opportunity to trust and depend on people, and the more comfortable you feel doing that, the more likely you are to display that in other settings.

If you have been looking for your tribe or interested in making meaningful connections, I encourage you to attend one of our Soul Tribe gatherings or Healers Community gatherings or both.

Healers Community Gatherings

A place for healers to gather, to feel a sense of community and belonging with like-minded people and a place for continual spiritual growth and learning.

Open to Reiki healers, Seichim healers, intuitive healers and spiritual or energy healers who are looking to connect with non-judgmental, supportive people in a non-competitive environment.

Soul Tribe Gatherings

Come and create a sacred connection with your tribe. Those that share similar values and beliefs, encourage and uplift you and make you want to be the best version of yourself.

Have some fun and meaningful conversation over a cuppa or a meal or a shared experience.

TESTIMONIALS

I’ve enjoy coming to the healers community gatherings over the years as it’s a great place to meet with like-minded people in a friendly environment. It’s a place I can talk to people and practice with people that are passionate about healing. There’s always something new to learn, plenty of laughs and a safe place to practice and learn whether you’re a beginner or experienced healer.

Thank you for wonderful healer community gatherings. It has really helped me to connect back to that side of myself. A side that I often neglect. I always look forward to them, to meeting new people, learning new things and being healed.

Everyone is so relaxed and encouraging, especially if you are unsure of your own ability to heal.
