It may be a morning tea to connect and catch up, or it may be more intentional such as a guest speaker, day trip, charity event or experience.

World Sound Healing Day- Soulful Sound Bath
This month I am combining my monthly Soulful Sound Bath with the 23rd annual World Sound Healing Day.
Join me as we honour Mother Gaia, each other and ourselves through meditation and sacred sound.
We will be creating a sacred alter to honour Mother Gaia. Please bring with you an offering to be placed on the alter. This can be items such as a flower, crystal, feather or trinket. You will be able to take them back home with you if you wish.

This year marks the 23rd annual world sound healing day and will be my 5th year celebrating this wonderful event. On this day, many thousands of people throughout our planet will create healing sounds encoded with the energy of love & compassion, sending a sonic valentine to the Gaia Matrix, our beloved Mother Earth, with the intention of raising the consciousness of all living beings, healing yourself and healing our planet.

Instruments
Sound healing instruments used will be a combination of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum, monolina, tuning pipes, planetary gong, tongue drum and percussion instruments.
What to Bring
We will be creating a sacred alter to honour Mother Gaia. Please bring with you an offering to be placed on the alter. This can be items such as a flower, crystal, feather or trinket. You will be able to take them back home with you if you wish.
It is recommended that you lay down for the sound bath. You will be on carpet. If you’d prefer to sit, there will be chairs available. You can choose your preference upon booking.
